§ 71-2707. Unlawful possession of hazardous wastes in the second degree.\n No person shall:\n 1. Knowingly possess more than one hundred gallons or one thousand\npounds, whichever is less, of an aggregate weight or volume of hazardous\nwastes at a place other than the site of generation; or\n 2. Recklessly possess more than two hundred gallons or two thousand\npounds, whichever is less, of an aggregate weight or volume of hazardous\nwastes at a place other than the site of generation.\n Unlawful possession of hazardous wastes in the second degree is a\nclass E felony.\n
