§ 71-2105. Criminal liability for violations.\n 1. Except as provided in section 71-2113, any person who shall\nwilfully violate any of the provisions of article 19 or any code, rule\nor regulation promulgated pursuant thereto or any final determination or\norder of the commissioner made pursuant to article 19 shall be guilty of\na misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a\nfine, in the case of a first conviction, of not less than five hundred\ndollars nor more than eighteen thousand dollars or by imprisonment for a\nterm of not more than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment,\nfor each separate violation.
