§ 71-1203 — Penalties
§ 71-1203. Penalties.\n Any person who violates the provisions of article twenty-two of this\nchapter shall be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed ten thousand\ndollars for each day during which such violation occurred; provided,\nhowever, that the total penalty to be imposed shall not exceed one\nmillion dollars.\n
