§ 71-1131. Violations; criminal liability.\n Except as otherwise specifically provided, any person who violates any\nof the provisions of article 15 of this chapter, or any rule, regulation\nor order promulgated pursuant thereto, or the terms of any permit issued\nthereunder shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of not\nmore than five hundred dollars.\n
