§ 71-1109 — Enforcement of subdivisions 1 and 4 of section 15-0507
§ 71-1109. Enforcement of subdivisions 1 and 4 of section 15-0507.\n 1. Any owner violating subdivision 1 of section 15-0507 or any\nregulations promulgated pursuant thereto may be liable for a penalty not\nto exceed five hundred dollars for each and every offense; every\nviolation of such subdivision shall be a separate and distinct offense;\nand in case of a continuing violation, every day's continuance thereof\nshall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.\n 2.
