§ 71-0911. Search warrants; when issued.\n Whenever it appears probable that fish, wildlife or game, shellfish,\ncrustacea, protected insect, or parts thereof taken or possessed\ncontrary to the Fish and Wildlife Law are concealed, or that a net\npossessed contrary thereto is concealed, any local criminal court having\ncriminal jurisdiction shall issue a search warrant for the discovery\nthereof in accordance with the practice provided in article 690 of the\nCriminal Procedure Law, as far as it is applicable.\n
