§ 71-0713. Recovery for damages from fires.\n The state, a municipality or any person may sue for and recover\ndamages under section 71-0709 and 71-0711, notwithstanding the distance\nfrom the place where the fire was set or started and nottwithstanding\nthe same may have burned over and across several separate, intervening\nand distinct tracts, parcels or ownerships of land.\n
