§ 71-0712. Timber theft and trespass education-training.\n Within such funds as may be specifically appropriated therefor, the\ncommissioner is hereby authorized to seek the cooperation and assistance\nof the attorney general's office and the office of court administration\nto develop and provide educational-training programs for municipal\njustice courts, district attorneys and law enforcement agencies in\nrelation to the control and prosecution of timber theft and trespass.\n
