§ 71-0707. Resisting or obstructing departmental agent or employee.\n Any person who resists or obstructs an authorized agent or employee of\nthe department while he is engaged in carrying out any provision of\nsection 9-0305 shall be guilty of a violation which shall be punishable\nby a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars and by an additional fine of\nnot exceeding twenty-five dollars for each additional day of such\nresistance or obstruction.\n
