§ 70-0121. Severability.\n The provisions of this article shall be severable, and if any clause,\nsentence, paragraph, subdivision or part of this article shall be\nadjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such\njudgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder, but shall\nbe confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph,\nsubdivision or part thereof directly involved in the controversy in\nwhich such judgment shall have been rendered.\n
