§ 53-0303. Definitions.\n As used in this title:\n 1. "Urban forestry" means the planning, establishment, protection and\nother management of trees and other vegetation in urban areas for\npresent and potential contribution to the physiological, sociological,\nand economic well-being of urban society. An important component of\nurban forestry is "arboriculture" which more specifically includes the\nplanting, growing, maintenance and protection of trees and shrubs,\nindividually and in small groups.\n 2. "Urban forestry plan" means a comprehensive plan for the selection,\nestablishment, maintenance and management of existing and future trees\nand associated vegetation in an urban area, which plan shall, to the\nmaximum extent possible, present an analysis of physical, biotic, and\nsocial
