§ 51-1101. Allocation of moneys.\n The moneys received by the state from the sale of bonds sold pursuant\nto the environmental quality bond act of nineteen hundred seventy-two\nshall be expended in the following amounts pursuant to appropriations\ntherefor:\n 1. For metropolitan park projects, forty million dollars\n($40,000,000);\n 2. For open space preservation projects, fifteen million dollars\n($15,000,000);\n 3. For waterway projects, nine million dollars ($9,000,000);\n 4. For trailway projects, four million dollars ($4,000,000).\n
