§ 51-0703. Definitions.\n As used in this title, the following terms shall mean and include:\n 1. "Forest Preserve Project." A state project to acquire lands as\nadditions to the forest preserve within the Adirondack and Catskill\nParks.\n 2. "Wetlands Preservation Project." A state project to preserve\nthrough acquisition biologically productive and vulnerable wetlands\nbecause of their unique and irreplaceable values.\n 3. "Wetlands Restoration Project." A state or municipal project to\nrenovate dikes, levies, ditches, berms and other water level regulation\nworks; to establish vegetation, plants, and shrubs, or such other\nnecessary or desirable work to achieve optimum productivity of wetlands.\n 4. "Unique Area Preservation Project." A state project to acquire\nlands of special na
