§ 51-0701. Allocation of moneys.\n The moneys received by the state from the sale of bonds sold pursuant\nto the environmental quality bond act of nineteen hundred seventy-two\nshall be expended pursuant to appropriations therefor in accordance with\nthe following allocations, supplemented by such federal assistance as\nmay be available:\n 1. For forest preserve projects, fifty-nine million dollars\n($59,000,000) of which fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) is\nallocated for land acquisition in the Catskill Park and forty-four\nmillion dollars ($44,000,000) is allocated for land acquisition in the\nAdirondack Park.\n 2. Wetland preservation and restoration projects, twenty-seven million\ndollars ($27,000,000) of which four million dollars ($4,000,000) is\nallocated for wetlands restor
