§ 51-0901. Allocation of moneys.\n Of the moneys received by the state from the sale of bonds pursuant to\nthe environmental quality bond act of nineteen hundred seventy-two, one\nhundred seventy-five million dollars ($175,000,000) shall be expended\npursuant to appropriations thereof, for municipal solid waste management\nprojects, including at least five million dollars ($5,000,000) of this\namount which shall be earmarked for resource recovery equipment, source\nseparation equipment, or both, for the implementation of small scale,\nlow-technology approaches to resource recovery, including source\nseparation programs, recycling centers, composting projects and other\nsolid waste recovery and management projects with a design capacity of\nless than one hundred tons per day.\n
