§ 33-0923. Denial or revocation of certification or registration.\n The commissioner, after due notice and opportunity of hearing to an\napplicant, certified applicator, or registered pesticide business or\nagency, may deny an application or revoke a certificate or registration\npursuant to section 33-0909 of this article.\n
