§ 33-0305. Severability.\n If any provision of this article is declared unconstitutional, or the\napplicability thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, by\na court of competent jurisdiction, the constitutionality of the\nremainder of the article, and the applicability thereof to other persons\nand circumstances shall not be affected.\n
