§ 33-0705. Fee for registration.\n The applicant for registration shall pay a fee as follows:\n a. Six hundred dollars for each pesticide proposed to be registered,\nprovided that the applicant has submitted to the department proof in the\nform of a federal income tax return for the previous year showing gross\nannual sales, for federal income tax purposes, of three million five\nhundred thousand dollars or less; and\n b. For all others, six hundred twenty dollars for each pesticide\nproposed to be registered.\n
