§ 33-0713. Cancellation of registration.\n 1. The commissioner, in accordance with the procedures specified in\nthis article may cancel the registration of a pesticide whenever it does\nnot appear that the article or its labeling or other material required\nto be submitted complies with the provisions of this article.\n 2. Whenever the commissioner determines that registration of a\npesticide should be canceled, he shall notify the registrant of his\naction and the reasons therefor.\n 3. A cancellation of registration shall be effective thirty days after\nservice of the foregoing notice unless within such time the registrant\n(a) makes the necessary corrections;

(b)files a petition requesting\nthat the matter be referred to an advisory committee; or (c) files\nobjections and requests a
