§ 33-0911. Certification and registration fees.\n 1. Every applicant for pesticide applicator certification shall pay an\nexamination fee of one hundred dollars for each examination.\n 2. Fees for pesticide applicator certification shall be four hundred\nfifty dollars for commercial pesticide applicator certification in one\nindividual category, one hundred fifty dollars for each additional\ncategory and one hundred fifty dollars for each additional sub-category\nchosen. For private applicators a fee of twenty-five dollars for the\ninitial certified private applicator and five dollars for subsequent\napplicators on the same farm or business shall be charged at the time of\ninitial certification, renewal of certification or recertification.\n 3.
