§ 33-0907. Pesticide business and agency registration.\n 1. Any pesticide business or agency as defined in this article shall\nregister with the commissioner.\n 2. Applications for pesticide business or agency registration shall be\nmade to the commissioner. The application shall be on a form prescribed\nby the commissioner and shall provide such information as the\ncommissioner shall require.\n 3. An applicant for pesticide business or agency registration shall\nsatisfy standards, as determined by the commissioner to be appropriate,\nwith respect to knowledge and experience concerning the proper use and\napplication of pesticides and pesticide equipment.\n 4. Business or agency registration shall be valid for three years.\n
