§ 33-0719. Suspension of pesticide registration.\n Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, the commissioner\nmay, by order, suspend the registration of a pesticide immediately when\nhe finds that such action is necessary to prevent an imminent hazard to\nthe public or any other non-target organism. In such case, he shall\ngive the registrant prompt notice of such action and afford the\nregistrant the opportunity to have the matter submitted to an advisory\ncommittee and for an expedited hearing under this article.\n
