§ 28-0113. Pollution prevention program evaluation.\n Within thirty-six months after the effective date of this article, the\ndepartment shall, in coordination with the environmental facilities\ncorporation and the department of economic development, prepare and\nsubmit to the governor and the legislature a report evaluating the\nprograms proposed, adopted or implemented pursuant to this article. The\nevaluation shall include:\n 1. an identification of the specific measures taken to develop and\nimplement such programs;\n 2. an evaluation of the resources available to implement such programs\nand whether those resources are sufficient; and\n 3. an analysis of the adequacy of measures taken to assist small\nbusinesses in achieving pollution prevention and complying with this\nchapter.\n
