Legal construction and limitations; riparian owners.\n Nothing in titles 15 and 17 of this article shall be construed to\ndiminish or otherwise to modify the common law rights of riparian owners\nin the quality of waters of streams covered by such rights, nor in the\ncase of actions brought against the pollution of waters to limit their\nremedy to indemnities.\n * NB Expired September 1, 1973\n
