§ 17-0507. Prohibition against modification of wastes discharged through\n existing outlet or point source without permit.\n Increasing or altering the content of the wastes discharged through an\noutlet or a point source into the waters of the state by a change in\nvolume or physical, chemical or biological characteristics without a\nSPDES permit so to do as provided by section 17-0701 or title 8 hereof,\nor standards, criteria, limitations, rules or regulations promulgated or\napplied pursuant thereto, is prohibited.\n
