* § 17-1705. Discharge of sewage into Wallkill Creek prohibited.\n No person or corporation shall permit the discharge or escape of any\nsewage, or other matter deleterious to public health, or destructive to\nfish, or throw or cast any dead animal, carrion or offal, or other\nputrid or offensive matter into the waters of the Wallkill creek, in the\ncounties of Ulster and Orange.\n * NB Expired September 1, 1973\n
