§ 17-1509. Cooperation with the Department of Health.\n Notwithstanding any other provision of this title the Commissioner of\nEnvironmental Conservation is empowered to make administrative\narrangements with the Commissioner of Health for joint or cooperative\nadministration of this title and title II of Article 11 of the Public\nHealth Law, such that only one plan must be filed and only one fee\ntotalling three dollars and fifty cents per lot must be paid, except\nthat where department approval is sought in connection with a particular\nplan or map, such additional fee as may be specified in article 70 of\nthis chapter shall also be paid.\n
