§ 17-1405. Inventory.\n 1. Within eighteen months of the effective date of this title the\ncommissioner, in cooperation with the state soil and water conservation\ncommittee, shall prepare a report which:\n a. identifies those water bodies within the state which, without\nadditional action to control nonpoint sources of pollution, cannot\nreasonably be expected to attain and maintain applicable water quality\nstandards; and\n b. identifies categories or subcategories of nonpoint sources or\nparticular nonpoint sources which add significant amounts of pollution\nto each water body identified above.\n 2. The report prepared pursuant to this section shall be revised by\nthe commissioner in cooperation with the state soil and water\nconservation committee at least every five years.\n
