§ 17-1011. Access to records and facilities.\n 1. Every owner or operator shall, upon reasonable notice of the\ncommissioner or his designee, permit a duly designated officer or\nemployee of the department at all reasonable times to have access to and\nto copy all books, papers, documents and records relating to the daily\nmeasurement and inventory of petroleum stored at a facility.\n 2. Any duly designated officer or employee of the department may, at\nreasonable times and upon reasonable notice of the commissioner or a\ndesignee, enter and inspect any facility, provided that such officer or\nemployee shall be accompanied by the owner or operator or their\ndesignee.\n
