§ 17-0828. Discharges affecting groundwaters.\n In addition to any other requirements imposed by this title, any\nperson seeking a SPDES permit or a renewal hereunder, within an area\ndesignated pursuant to any federal or state statute as a sole source\naquifer, shall include as a part of the required information, the name\nand address of all public water purveyors with a service area or portion\nthereof located within a three mile radius of the applicant's facility.\nThe names of all public water purveyors identified in the SPDES permit\napplication or renewal shall be included in the project description as\nset forth when announced in the environmental notice bulletin.\n For the purposes of this section "public water purveyor" shall mean\nany person, partnership, public or private corp
