§ 17-0825. Discharges of industrial waste to publicly owned treatment\n works.\n Persons discharging industrial waste to a publicly owned treatment\nworks shall comply with toxic effluent standards and pretreatment\nstandards and to monitoring, reporting, recording, sampling and entry\nrequirements provided by the Act or adopted pursuant thereto.\n
