§ 17-0804. Rules and regulations.\n The rules and regulations adopted by the department to implement this\ntitle and the provisions of article 70 of this chapter and rules and\nregulations thereunder shall govern permit applications, renewals,\nmodifications, suspensions and revocations under this title.\n
