§ 11-110. Reporting; cooperation of other agencies.

1.The secretary\nof state shall report yearly to the legislature and the governor as to\nthe operation and effectiveness of the state energy conservation\nconstruction code.\n 2. Agencies and municipalities of the state shall provide the\nsecretary of state with such cooperation and assistance as he or she may\ndeem necessary to carry out the purposes of this article.\n
