§ 11-107 — Administration and enforcement
§ 11-107. Administration and enforcement. Except as otherwise provided\nin regulations adopted pursuant to section three hundred eighty-one of\nthe executive law, the administration and enforcement of the provisions\nof the code with respect to any building shall be the responsibility of\nthat governmental entity which is responsible for the administration and\nenforcement of the provisions of the uniform code or other applicable\nfire prevention and building construction code with respect to such\nbuilding. The code shall be administered and enforced in the manner\nprescribed by applicable local law or ordinance consistent with the\nstandards and procedures adopted pursuant to section three hundred\neighty-one of the executive law.\n
