* § 13-114. Special provisions as to the time for holding a primary\nelection in the city of New York in the year nineteen hundred\neighty-one. Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of this chapter,\nthe times fixed for the annual primary election for the city of New York\nfor all offices and party positions not specified in sections 13-102, as\namended, 13-104, 13-106, 13-108, 13-110 or 13-112 of this chapter and\ncertain proceedings relating thereto shall be as follows:\n 1. The last day for filing the statement of party positions to be\nfilled at the primary election as provided for in section 2-120 of this\nchapter shall be the sixteenth day of June.\n 2. The first day for signing designating petitions for primary\nelections shall be the sixteenth day of June.\n 3. The first
