§ 13-108 — Special provisions as to the time for holding a primary election in the city of New York in the year nineteen hundred eighty-one
* § 13-108. Special provisions as to the time for holding a primary\nelection in the city of New York in the year nineteen hundred\neighty-one. Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of this chapter,\nthe times fixed for the annual primary election for the city of New York\nfor the party position of assembly district leader in the county of New\nYork and certain proceedings relating thereto shall be as follows:\n 1. The last day for filing the statement of party positions to be\nfilled at the primary election as provided for in section 2-120 of this\nchapter shall be the sixteenth day of June.\n 2. The first day for signing designating petitions for primary\nelections shall be the sixteenth day of June.\n 3. The first day to sign petitions for opportunity to ballot in\nprimary ele
