§ 13-112 — Special provisions as to the time for holding a primary election in the city of New York in the year nineteen hundred eighty-one
* § 13-112. Special provisions as to the time for holding a primary\nelection in the city of New York in the year nineteen hundred\neighty-one. Notwithstanding any inconsistent provisions of this chapter,\nthe times fixed for the annual primary election for the city of New York\nfor the party positions of assembly district leader and member of the\ncounty committee in the county of Richmond and certain proceedings\nrelating thereto shall be as follows:\n 1. The last day for filing the statement of party positions to be\nfilled at the primary elections as provided for in section 2-120 of this\nchapter shall be the sixteenth day of June.\n 2.
