§ 358. State aid for certain higher educational institutions. 1.\nState financial assistance may be provided for designated shares of\ncapital expenditures or operating expenditures or both to the following\ntypes of institutions operating in conjunction with the state university\nprogram:\n a. Medical schools, dental schools, research centers and similar\ninstitutions or facilities operating specified training or research\nprograms or projects pursuant to contracts with the state university.\nThe state university is hereby authorized to enter into such contracts\nwith the city university of New York.
