* § 3219. Consent of parent or guardian. If the application is for a\nfull-time employment certificate a parent or guardian shall personally\nappear before the issuing officer or school authorities to indicate\nconsent to the issuance of the application, provided, however, that such\npersonal appearance shall not be required if the applicant is a high\nschool graduate.\n * NB Repealed May 9, 2027\n
