§ 3207. Attendance upon evening instruction. In each city and school\ndistrict in which evening instruction is provided, under the provisions\nof part one of this article, each person from seventeen to twenty-one\nyears of age who is unable to speak, read and write English as required\nfor the completion of the fifth year of the elementary school course of\nstudy, and who is not attending upon equivalent day instruction, shall\nattend upon such evening instruction.\n
