§ 245 — State library, how constituted

§ 245. State library, how constituted. All books, pamphlets,\nmanuscripts, records, archives and maps, and all other property\nappropriate to a general library, if owned by the state and not placed\nin other custody by law, shall be in charge of the regents and\nconstitute the state library.\n
