§ 240. The Stony Brook university Cody center for autism and\ndevelopmental disabilities at Stony Brook university. The Stony Brook\nuniversity Cody center for autism and developmental disabilities\n(hereinafter the "Cody center") is hereby established under the\njurisdiction of the state university of New York. The Cody center shall\nbe administered as a program of the state university in accordance with\nthe policies of the trustees of the state university.\n
