§ 118. Unlawful possession and use of identification cards and badges\n1. As used in this section the following terms shall mean and include:\n (a) "Identification card." Any card or pass issued for the purpose of\nestablishing the identity of any person and the right of such person to\nbe in or on any premises described in this section.\n (b) "Identification badge." Any badge of metal or other composition,\nto be worn by any person for the purpose of establishing his identity or\nright to be in or on any premises described in this section.\n 2.
