§ 114. Judicial notice of plans, regulations and orders.

1.All courts\nshall take judicial notice of all plans, regulations and orders adopted\npursuant to this act and promulgated pursuant to law.\n 2. Such a plan, regulation or order may be read in evidence, at any\ntime, from a copy thereof, if there is contained on the same page or in\nthe same publication in which such copy is contained, a printed\ncertificate of the secretary of state or of the clerk of the political\nsubdivision that such copy is a correct transcript of the text of the\noriginal thereof.\n
