§ 908 — Dismissal, discontinuance or compromise

Rule 908. Dismissal, discontinuance or compromise. A class action\nshall not be dismissed, discontinued, or compromised without the\napproval of the court. Notice of the proposed dismissal,\ndiscontinuance, or compromise shall be given to all members of the class\nin such manner as the court directs.\n
