§ 651. Time of execution. The week of execution appointed in the\nwarrant shall be not less than thirty days and not more than sixty days\nafter the issuance of the warrant. The date of execution within said\nweek shall be left to the discretion of the commissioner, but the date\nand hour of the execution shall be announced publicly no later than\nseven days prior to said execution.\n
