§ 238. Payments of funds to eligible applicants. Upon submission and\napproval of each application and the authorization of funds by the\ncommissioner in accordance therewith, the commissioner shall give notice\nto the eligible applicant of such approval and authorization, and shall\ndirect such eligible applicant to proceed with its proposed business\nmarketing program as described in its application. Funds shall be\nawarded on a reimbursement basis.\n
