§ 235 — Definitions
§ 235. Definitions. As used in this article, the following words and\nterms shall have the following meanings:\n 1. "Eligible applicants" include nonprofit organizations, associations\nor agencies. Eligible projects must focus on a specific sector or\nindustry cluster with a high potential for job creation in New York\nstate. Eligible projects may include, but are not limited to, print,\nbroadcast or electronic media campaigns, conferences, publications,\ndocumentary productions, instructional materials, and public\nexhibitions.\n 2.
