* § 222. International marketing and trade leads. The department shall\nmarket products and services from New York sources and provide\ninformation as to how foreign importers may obtain such products and\nservices. Through the program, the department shall seek to develop or\ncause to be developed, export trade leads for New York exporters and\npotential exporters, and shall offer such leads to New York exporters\nand potential exporters. The commissioner shall by regulation establish\na schedule of fees for the provision of such service.\n * NB Amendments effective insofar as they pertain to the Port\nAuthority of New York and New Jersey upon passage of same as legislation\nby New Jersey\n
