§ 188. Industrial incentive awards. The power authority of the state\nof New York shall submit to the board its economic development plan for\nthe use of industrial incentive awards for economic development\npurposes. The board shall review the proposed plan and shall approve\nsuch plan, in whole or in part, upon its determination that such plan\nand its implementation is consistent with the criteria and requirements\nprovided for in sections one hundred eighty-four and one hundred\neighty-five of this article and such other criteria as the board may, by\nrule and regulation, provide with respect to the plan and industrial\nincentive awards.\n
